Existing ACT customers
Sign in to your customer portal to pick an open time window. Your address and contact details are already filled in, and you'll see the visit and the technician's report there afterwards.
First time? Create your portal account in a minute with the Customer # and Registration Key printed on your invoice. Can't find them? Call 877-772-0061.
Not an ACT customer yet?
We service most brands, including systems installed by other companies. Tell us what's going on and we'll call you to set up a visit.
How it works
- Pick a window. Pick the time window that works for you. We'll call or email to confirm, and the technician will call when on the way.
- We confirm. You get an email from our office, usually the same business day.
- We fix it. A licensed ACT technician arrives in your window with parts for most common problems, and the service report goes into your portal.
