Frequently asked questions
Can you take over buildings from our current alarm company?
Yes. We take over fire alarm, burglar alarm and camera systems installed by other companies and can move monitoring to our central station. We start with a walk-through and a written report of what we find.
Do you handle the fire marshal?
We perform NFPA 72 inspections, give you a written report, and handle the paperwork, permits and acceptance tests for any work we do.
Our elevator phones and fire alarm still use phone lines. What should we do?
Phone companies are retiring copper lines. We replace them with UL-listed cellular communicators and cellular elevator lines, often cutting your monthly phone bills at the same time.
Can we get one bill for several buildings?
Yes. Each building has its own records and reports, and billing can be combined. Everything is in one online portal.
