5. Monthly service terms

You chose the 1-year plan: the device is included free, and you agree to 12 months of monthly service. If you cancel before then, the remaining months are due. After that, service continues month to month.
Your card is charged today for the first month, then automatically on the same day each month for each device, until you cancel.
To cancel, call ACT Security Services at 877-772-0061.
Fall detection does not detect every fall. If you are able to, always press the button for help.
The device needs cellular coverage and a charged battery to call for help. It is not a substitute for calling 911 when you are able to.
